Yearly Service for my Carrier furnace 1/7/2019

Ken Whorl completely the yearly maintenance service on my furnace today. I am extremely happy and satisfied with his work. All questions were answered and he was very helpful with questions regarding both the furnace and water heater. Thank you! more

Excellent Tech! 2/7/2018

The technician that performed our annual heating system check was excellent. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the services he performed and even helped to rectify a problem I was having with my humidifier. more

Heater maintenance service 1/16/2018

CJ quickly introduced himself as soon as I opened the door. Don't think techs in prior years did. Nice touch. Had a question about a reading listed on the service form. Nothing was wrong. Just a matter of never asking what numbers represented in the many years of having service. CJ politely & friendly answered & took me to the heater to show where info. was located on manufacturers plate. He represents your company well. more

HVAC 11/16/2017

They are more expensive than other options we considered for AC units but their service was and is excellent. We called them again when our water heater/water boiler needed replacing. I would gladly recommend them to others. more
