color MOONIE/stylist SHANNON! 4/2/2006

I just recently got my haircut and colored at Jose Eber's in Beverly Hills, and I cant tell you what a great job SHANNON and MOONIE did on my hair!! Its by far the best my hair has looked!! I was very nervous at first because I wasn't sure who was going to do my hair, since I just walked in. The receptionists were very helpful with all my last minute appointments. I never recieved so many complements on my hair before!! I highly recommend SHANNON and MOONIE!! They are the BEST!!!!! Pros: very friendly, easy valet parking, cool atmosphere more

Worst Haircut Ever from Shannon Morris 3/15/2006

I was in LA from Charlotte, NC and my mom and I had appointments to get trimmed and styled at Jose Eber. It was supposed to be a treat and it ended up a nightmare. I asked Shannon for a simple trim. I had long layers and my hair was pretty much wash and go. When I left I had over 6 inches taken off one side of my hair and I now have to spend a rediculous amount of time styling this awful haircut. I was so upset with what I received I took pictures and emailed them to Cynthia, the manager of the salon. And that was over a month ago. I am very upset with the customer service and the rediculous haircut I paid for. You should get what you ask for when you are paying over $100 for a haircut. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I was expecting something nice when I saw the salon on rodeo drive next to Tiffany's, but they took my breath away Jose recomended me to Paul Jean who skillfully crafted one of my best looks ever at the same time my girlfriend is now a regular of Laurent who curls her hair in the sexiest updos.....I am now coming exclusivly to this salon for all my services, even if getting an appointment can be challenging at times. Pros: location , quality of stylist, free valet parking Cons: traffic, snob appeal, closed sundays more

Simply the best 3/6/2005

The fact that I fly from the east coast to have Patrick and Jose work their magic on my hair says it all. On my first visit a year ago, Jose saw that I had been waiting a few moments and swept in to take care of me. Although I am a ""mere mortal"", I was treated like a celebrity client and received the best haircut I have ever had. I have difficult to mange hair that I was growing out from a very short style.
