The fact that I fly from the east coast to have Patrick and Jose work their magic on my hair says it all. On my first visit a year ago, Jose saw that I had been waiting a few moments and swept in to take care of me. Although I am a ""mere mortal"", I was treated like a celebrity client and received the best haircut I have ever had. I have difficult to mange hair that I was growing out from a very short style. Their expertise made the transitional period tolerable.
