I was in LA from Charlotte, NC and my mom and I had appointments to get trimmed and styled at Jose Eber. It was supposed to be a treat and it ended up a nightmare. I asked Shannon for a simple trim. I had long layers and my hair was pretty much wash and go. When I left I had over 6 inches taken off one side of my hair and I now have to spend a rediculous amount of time styling this awful haircut. I was so upset with what I received I took pictures and emailed them to Cynthia, the manager of the salon. And that was over a month ago. I am very upset with the customer service and the rediculous haircut I paid for. You should get what you ask for when you are paying over $100 for a haircut. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
