Without their help the insurance would have not paid. The work was done fast and good. Kept me informed all through the process. I would use them again.

Not one issue 9/18/2013

I am nervous about using a contractor for anything after hearing horror stories all the time. I must say the sales rep was there from start to finish, he handled everything he possibly could and not once did I not have an answer for a question or concern. The roofing crew was very polite asking if it was too early to start and if we had everything out of the garage. Liked the efficient way the business was handled, but now I wonder if the movement was fast to confused the payment issue 9/8/2013

I am questioning you company because I was given an amount to pay and told that my insurance company would follow with a second payment. This second payment would need to be over $4,000.00 to cover the payment I gave to Jasper. I haven't received this second payment and question who is at fault or was I mislead my Jasper. Not a good feeling toward Jasper at this point. more

Jasper made the process simple and did a beautiful job 9/4/2013

We knew that someday soon we would need to replace out roof, but who can you trust? You hear so many stories of roofing companies ripping people off and not doing a good job. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised with Jasper Contractors. They helped get the claim started and meant with the insurance adjuster and got everything set. I was still a little scared that I would end up owning a bunch of money, but it all worked out and the entire cost was covered. The roof looks beautiful, in fact better than the original. I would recommend Jasper to anyone who asks. Thank you Jasper for a job well done. more

Mostly good 9/4/2013

I have zero complaints about the quality of work they performed. They were quick, and performed a very good clean up of my property. Where they lack is in the communication area; not between the customer and the roofers but between one another as a business. I have been contacted several times about where the final payment is and this is after i have called them twice saying that my insurance company has issued payment but i have not received it in the mail. I called and told them that at my local Jasper office as well as the contractor who i originally met with but yet today i get a call from a representative in Atlanta asking about the final payment. They really need to take notes, and share those notes, so the left hand knows what the right hand has already done. It shouldn't be that difficult in the internet era. more

Excellent 9/3/2013

Lonnie was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment he first came to our door he was someone that we easily trusted...He took care of every detail including contacting our insurance company...The roofers were also amazing...They suffered in the 100 degree weather and barely took a break! Highly recommended. 8/26/2013

Jasper Roofing did a very good job with my new roof. They brought in two crews and finished the job in one day. Also, they did a good job of clean-up after they were finished. (They even cleaned the neighbors yards of both sides...to pick up any debris that had made it into the neighbor's yard. I also thought they gave me a fair price. Excellent service, personnel,etc. 8/23/2013

I am very impressed with the service provided for the replacement of my roof. Daniel Milanovic was my first contact with the company and he kept me informed with everything going on. He handled all of the paperwork with my insurance company . The personnel that did the roofing were truly outstanding.They worked hard all day and did a super job. The work was good but..... 8/22/2013

Overall it has been a good experience. They came in took off the old roof and had the new one on in about eight hours. I was pleased to see they made an effort to protect the plants and clean up afterward. My complaints are few, I do not like finding cigarette butts in my yard and they also dumped something on the grass that has left two dying spots. more

Excellent Job 7/3/2013

We are very satisfied with the experience we had with Jasper Contractors. They were in the area and we contacted them. Dan Anthone was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us. We had friends who felt Jasper was from out of state because they brought help in from their other national offices. We thought it made sense because of the mass hail storm. Also, we appreciated the fact that we did not have to haggle with our insurance company because Jasper accepted the payment that our insurance company estimated.
