I've always received good service from James River Heating and Air for the 16 years they have been my provider. They come to my home 2-4 times a year to do a service check and are great about informing me of problems and issues in advance and also of new, helpful products on the market that I may have an interest in. They do not pressure for sales ever. The representatives have all been awesome and with good character and trustworthiness. There have only been one or two times that I had any issues with the company and that had more to do with emergency situations which typically happen during the hottest or coldest parts of the year when you are competing with other customers for service calls. I would suggest they hire additional service staff during these peak times and just be prepared for the emergency situations and heavy loads a little better. (One extra is better than one short.) Also, install only the very highest quality products in customer homes and stand behind them if they are sold a lemon. These 2 suggestions alone will win the highest competitive rating in the marketplace hands down. Thanks for all the hard work and attention to details and for your fine service over the last 16 years. I depend upon, rely upon and appreciate all that you do!!
