If its furniture you want, take it from me!! Theres no other place than J&D!!!!! I purchased a headboard for my son and i was told it would be here in 7 to 10 days, it was there in 3... i was so pleased with the ladies that work there, very nice and everything went smooth. more

My wife and I were shopping around for furniture. We stopped at a popular furniture store and loved a rec. sofa and loveseat it was microfiber suede, but it was out of our price range. We then stopped into J&D furniture where a salesperson named Carlena helped us, she not only got us the same exact set that we were looking at, but she saved us almost $400, because they beat all competitors prices. more

I am a repeat customer, I have been coming here for years, They have very good customer service, My sales person is awesome, all the girls in the office are like family. I am happy with all my purchases, and I will continue to buy from there. I would recomend this store to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

My parents bought me a futon bunk bed when my grandma came to stay for 2 months. The futon mattress sucks the bed already broke! NEVER going back more

Good: styles, flexibility and staff! 1999 furnished entire home. All furniture remains solid and beautiful!!! childrens beds, and now again 2011 we returned for more. Bad: window of delivery. Improvements: better delivery options. Other: We have experienced only good , quality service and merchandise.... more

AVOID THIS COMPANY! 10/14/2011

We purchased what we believed to be "brand new queen pillow top mattress, box spring, frame and headboard". What we received was a CRACKED headboard, box spring and dirty mattress and NO BOLTS! Contacted the company and was told they didn't know how to help me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and noticed this company has an F- rating and have had 3 closed complaints in the last 3 months due to never responding to consumer complaints. I am in the process of filing a complaint with Bureau of Consumer Protection. Please do yourself a favor: AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT their customers. They will lie and give you empty promises AFTER they have your hard earned money!! more

re furnishing entire house 10/12/2011

I ordered a bedroom and dining room set. it is strong; durable and beautiful. they beat Ashley's price for the same thing. The two delivery men worked harder than a team of 10. i am very very pleased. re-doing whole house with J & D's help more
