This business pretty much scammed us and took our money. He said he wont clean a house if it smells like smoke. So we took precautions and didnt smoke in the house for 2 days, and handled the odor. When the cleaning ladies were supposed to show up, instead of the cleaning ladies it was the boss whose name is Claud or Clode. Before even stepping in the house he says he smells the smoke and can't do it. Said he would come next week. He then told us over the phone that we are being disrespectful and wont send anybody to clean the house. Thus keeping hour 39 dollars and scamming us entirely. The guy is so rude on the phone and just talks over you constantly and wont let you get a word in. He was the one being extremely disrespectful in the situation by a long shot. It was ridiculous.
