I've used Itech Phoenix Video Security Systems now for a year. I'll be brief, because others have been so comprehensive. The system rocks. It's stable, reliable and a breeze to self-install and manage, via the Internet, my iPhone, or the system panel. And it's easy to expand. Access Security Systems Houston customer service is excellent, before and after the sale. I've never had a false alarm or a product (or component) failure. more

A Little Piece of Security 6/10/2013

Phoenix is a great place to live and to work. Running my business here has been a dream come true. But the security is definitely needed and that's why I had Itech Phoenix Video Security Systems come out to install full security for my building. They were fast, friendly and affordable. I have no problem recommending this company. more

Performance You Can Count On With This Company! 3/31/2012

Itech Phoenix Video Security Systems and I have been in business for almost 3 years now. I had the system installed due to the owner's excellent presentation. I was almost hesitant to use the system at first, but once I started using it, I have become more and more confident and turn it on every time I leave home for a few hours. I recommend this company for any homeowner that is looking for a little more security or for a business as well. They answer questions fully and have always been there when I needed them. Less Problems With Video Security 3/7/2012

Sometimes in my neighborhood petty crimes occur and because I work every night, I was glad to receive the night vision security camera because it makes me feel safe. The night vision camera allows me to monitor the home through my phone by way of text alerts. Because I work during night hours, I'm not home to greet my teenage daughters so with this night vision camera, I can check on them during afternoon hours to make sure they're safe. And because I'm out of town twice a month for business purposes, the night vision camera monitors my home effectively and records all activity during my absence. more
