\r Had a great experience with Isabella's wedding center.Store seems a little smaller than an other places I had been, but it so beautiful and nice there than feels I have known this store for years. Isabella's has a large selection of gorgeous dresses from world known designers: wedding gowns, mother of the groom/bride,bridesmaids, flower girl dresses.Way!!!!Owners are very nice and friendly!!!Girls,who works there,are very helpful and professional and they have a ""good eye"" for what will look good on you.Nice!!!! more

After driving by this store almost everyday on my way to work, I finally got the chance to look at this shop for my own wedding dress. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and brought my sister, my best friend, and my mom to the appointment. My sales girl Alla was great and welcomed everyone I had brought with to the appointment. It was really important to me that everyone could go with! I tried on about 12 dresses and ended up buying the first dress I had tried on. I found the perfect dress and only spent $900. I thought that I was going to have to spend $2000 to find what I was looking for, but finding a dress for $900 was a bonus. I love my dress . It was a perfect day of shopping with my family. more

If you are getting married and from NY, then Isabellas Wedding Center is for you. Just walking into their store will make you So Happy. I really felt like I was given the royal treatment. They have so many gowns to choose the hardest choice is picking just one. My salesgirl let me go through the racks myself. We ordered the bridesmaids dresses and they arrived a month and a half after the date they gave me. The guy (i guess the owner) is the rudest person ever!!! i cant deny he was very friendly before i placed the order but after that.... only interested in getting his money. Several of my bridesmaid called asking for the dresses and he always answered with a very unprofessional nasty attitude. ALL the dresses were way too big (2-3 size more) which to me is funny since the owner convinced the girls that they needed to pay extra for the bigger size and not to mention the problem for the alterations since the nice pleated top was not easy to fix.... I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY. They dont care about you and your special day. Avoid getting stress out with these people!!! Have fun planning your day and good luck :-) more

Good Service I'm not sure what everyone below is talking about -- my experience at Isabella's was fine. A friendly and knowledgeably woman named Alla helped me out with my tux rental. Made suggestions, showed me the book of choices, took measurements... all in all I was in and out of the place in 15 minutes. Defiantly Coming Back Again!!! more

My wedding dress was spectacular. Everyone at the wedding asked about it, and were impressed with the wedding dress I purchase from Isabella's Wedding Center .The selection to chose from is very big at least 300-400 dresses . My Sister and my Brides Maid appreciate for best Service we got from Isabella's , Alterations was Done perfect. Many people said we look amazing . I have an incredible amount of gorgeous pictures from our day, and I felt like an elegant woman thanks to Isabella work. Tuxedos was incredible .Great Service and Best Price. Thank you, Valentina? I chose a tuxedo for which they took my measurements in order to tailor it. However, upon trying the already tailored tuxedo, it turned out to be small, and the shirt was dirty. After retaking my measurements, they still could not get it right. So, they took the measurements for the third time. I made a mistake of not checking what was in the bag because I relied on the expertise of ""professionals"". A day before the wedding, I decided to try on the tuxedo for the last time, and when I unzipped the bag, the vest and the tie were not there. I called the owners and asked them to open their store 2 hours earlier, but in a very rude and unprofessional manner they refused to come earlier just for me. Not only did they not apologize for making the mistake of not including the vest and the tie, but they tried to blame me for the whole thing. I realize that I made a mistake of not looking into the bag to ensure that everything is there, but a business that prides itself on being professional, they certainly proved it otherwise. I will never recommend them to anyone, and will make every effort to make their rudeness and uncaring known. Avoid this place at all costs. Cons: They ruined the photoshoot more

I can see what people are saying in regards to the speak issue however when we broke the ice with a couple of jokes the experience was fresh clean and they had us out the door as quickly as possible!! ((IN A GOOD WAY)) more time in the day to do wanted to do and get the run around like the majority of these so called Tux/Wedding stores, trust me you dont want to know. ME and Boys got our tuxeos & shoes in a flash. Personally I think the managers/owners are just misunderstood they were not born here so weren't my parents they came from Greece jsut be a liitle patient and opening minded and they will help help you. Awesome experience HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!!!! Will recommend them to my family. I must say that I was so amazed on the bad reviews given to Isabella's Wedding Center. Some people are just spoiled and naive. They want things done there way because they are spoiled and end up writing this horrible reviews. Zev the owner was so kind and reasonable. I had a budget for my wedding and they helped me actually save. Bella has very good taste and helped me choose my wedding dress and if it wasn't for her who knows what kind of dress I would had gotten. People must understand the rules about these wedding center and about having a business. Put yourselves in there shoes and don't judge people. I believe if you want to look beautiful for your wedding and want to have a good looking wedding party go to Isablla's wedding center. Pros: Friendly and kind Cons: Nothing bad to say more

The owner is the first and biggest reason you will want to walk out and never look back again. He is SO rude... he won't tell you any final pricing unless you actually leave a deposit. I asked if my fiance could try on the tuxedo that we were interested in, I was told unless we give a deposit no one can even come near the tuxes... wow! I also found the dresses we wanted for our bridesmaids (and we have a pretty large bridal party), when I asked the price, I was given a number that was $40 higher than other places... when I mentioned this, the guy flipped out telling me the other places will give me fakes and that's why they're so cheap... he proceeded to tell me if his prices are so high then to get the hell out of there... how's that for great service? So I took my 5K + budget and went else where... not sure how this place makes any money... I know quite a few people that had the same experience. Save yourself the aggravation and go else where...
