The two movers were nice and friendly. How ever, I was not satisfied with the outcome of my grievance when I reported damage to the apartment. The resolution did not meet my expectations as I have to pay for the repair RESPONSE FROM Invoke Moving, INC: I sent you email which I produced below. Driver said the indention in wall is nickle sized and could be repaired in couple minutes. I offered to send him by but you never responded to email below. The crew from Invoke was on time, courteous throughout, and got my entire, overstuffed apartment loaded, moved, and unloaded in record time. My move was short, only within the same apartment complex, but I have a lot of stuff and the guys did a great job with everything. They were careful, nothing was broken, and were in great spirits (excellent customer service) throughout the move. I will defnitely use Invoke again if I move in the DFW area. more

What a life saver. I knew I needed to get movers because my hubby has a bad back. I saw Invoke moving, Inc online and read the reviews. Everyone was right. They were AWESOME from Mike on the phone to Kurt and the other movers. They helped me move out of one home into our new home the very next day. Everyone was so polite and helpful. They are very hard workers and take extra care with moving everything you need. I would use Invoke Moving, inc again and recommend to family and friends!!!! more

Having used a couple different movers in the past, I was fairly surprised that these guys really did do everything they promised. Furniture was carefully wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap. They carefully disassembled and reassembled everything. Put boxes where we asked. Overall, they did an excellent job. I could tell they knew what they were doing and were also being careful with my items. more

I was supposed to move friday during the snow storm, the moving company I originally booked with no called no showed. I called Invoke and they were sympathetic amd pushed me in last minute for Saturday. They were on time and the movers were absolutely great. They moved me under an hour and even took time to to talk and get to know us. My friends and family were there and took all the business cards they gave me because the service was so outstanding. We won't use any other moving company now that we found Invoke. Thanks again guys!! more

I recently moved to Houston from Fort Worth. When they showed up a little late to pack me up due to another move, the owner had the foresight to bring some extra guys to make it go more quickly. They moved a third floor one bedroom apartment with no elevator in an hour and a half flat. I have a tv stand and a curio cabinet made almost entirely of glass that I half expected to be broke in the move, and neither got so much as a scratch. They arrived 15 minutes early to my place in Houston, were very quick, and very friendly. There were also no hidden charges, what I was quoted was what I was charged. If you want a moving company that makes the move as stress free as possible, this is the one. Highly highly recommend. more

I contacted Invoke on Monday morning regarding help I needed to move the heavy portion of our furniture from our storage facility on Tuesday morning (before my mother arrived for Thanksgiving). The CEO and one worker showed up to move us at 9am that Tuesday, allowing my husband and I to get everything set up before my mother's flight that landed at 1:30pm. They were done in about an hour or so, and even assisted us with moving two heavy pieces that were already at the house into a different room. They were fair in price and quite professional and nice to boot. Thank you so much Invoke Moving. Without you, my mother would have been sleeping on the floor. more

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the girl that answered the phone, the follow through, the men that were sent to pack, their timelines and attitudes. We were packing my elderly parents to move to Indiana, and the guys, Justin and Larry, were great and extremely courteous. I would recommend them to anyone! more

I have moved several times and this move was the best by far. I called on a Sunday and I was moved into my new apartment on Monday. The movers were courteous and efficient. I would definitely use Invoke in the future and highly recommend them to family and friends. more
