The movers were so slow! Talking on there cell phone and taking little breaks. This was an easy move and it took them 3 hours. Last time I used this service the movers had to make 2 different stops to pick up furniture, and then delivered all the furniture to the 3rd floor in less than 2 hours. This time I used the service the movers took 3 hours to move furniture downstairs. Will strongly consider using another moving service next time. Nobody should have to pay $300 plus tip for an easy easy move like this

Please note: Customer had 2 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor. Move was only 3 total hours including drive time (2 hours to load and 1 hour to unload)
