Interstate Roofing and their sales people were great at itemizing everything that we needed to do in the roof. All the workers were very pleasant, they shook your hand and they looked at the work afterwards to make sure that everything was done right. Aldo the warranty was great! They have a 10 warranty which you can't beat and I'm a veteran so I get a tax rebate later too. They did a good job and I'd recommend them to anyone. more

I had a really great experience with Interstate Roofing. They came out and put a new roof on about two and a half years ago and did a fantastic job. I recently gave them a call the come and do some gutter cleaning around the outside of my home and their people were great. Very nice, polite, on time and professional. when i contacted interstate roofing to do the roof job i had wanted to do a compete tear off for two reasons. one was i have a water stain in my kitchen. my other concern was the front part of my old roof had these three raised sections. they looked like a wave. i still have them in my NEW ROOF. i had asked dustin to have his crew find out what is the cause for them when they did the tear off. Well that didnt happen.dustin went on vacation i was told. he didnt tell the replacement forman. before the job even strated there was anther forman. no one let the next one know what was to be done. so i still have the three ridges in my new roof. more

I am really happy with the guys over at Interstate Roofing because they just did a really great job for me. They were quick to respond to my call which I really appreciated and also that they were able to schedule me in fairly quickly. The guys that showed up to do the work were very courteous and polite and they did a very good job. When they were all finished they cleaned up well after themselves which was awesome. I would not recommend any other company but Interstate Roofing because 8 years after they put in my old roof they responded right away when it started to leak and they took care of everything for it. From the repair to filling the claim and doing all the paperwork, they gave me a brand new roof including labor, materials and everything and I would have even known about the warranty if they had not handled it. Fortunately, they didn't just come and kept on charging me for fixing leaks, instead, they replaced the roof and it was like, 10k. I have worked with 4 or 5 different people there and everyone, from the 2 girls in the office, the higher ups and the installing crew, I can't say anything but outstanding comments about them and all their help. Interstate Roofing has really good customer service. They were thorough, they had great follow up and they had great follow through. I used them to do a whole re-roofing and they completed the job within a reasonable time frame. This was my first time using them and I would definitely use them again. A friend referred me to Interstate Roofing and I'm really happy with the service they provided. They did a roof replacement and it turned out well. It took them two days to install the roof and everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. First, let me say that their customer service and speed of re-roofing our house was very good, if not excellent. We had two layers of composition shingles to remove, and they did the entire job (also replacing 4 sheets of plywood) in less than 2 days. We also found a piece of vinyl siding on our house that had been damaged by them, and they happily replaced it a week later. Dealing with Tresa is wonderful. Second, here's the caveat with a warning to others who would like to use Interstate. We were very disappointed in the fact that they didn't WARN us about something that would happen with the roofing job. We've lived in this house for 30 years, and it's had two layers of roofing (i.e., 2 roofing jobs) done. After Interstate did the roofing job, all our eves/overhangs had nails shot through them and were now showing, which not only is an eye sore, but plywood was split open on virtually every nail. Those nails will eventually rust and stain the wood, and all the plywood on the eves/overhangs must be re-painted. To fix the problem, my wife and I spent about 100 person hours doing the following: (1) grinding all the nails down to the wood (us doing so was approved by Tresa for warranty purposes), (2) filling in many split nail holes with wood filler, (3) painting every nail tip with a shellac and alcohol-based primer to inhibit any future rust stains, and finally (4) repainting all the eves/overhangs/soffits on the entire house. This was not something we expected. Us being between 58 – 60 yrs old and getting on an extension ladder to get 15 feet high was not easy, and at times, quite a challenge. We have a friend who owns a large roofing company outside the PDX-metro area, and he said that they use 3/4" nails (instead of 1½”) over the eves/soffits/overhangs to avoid that problem. He said the fine print in the roofing manufacturer’s warranty says that as long as you DOUBLE the number of shorter nails used on those eve/overhang/soffit sections, the roofer can use shorter nails. In the future, we ask that before Interstate Roofing contracts a job, it is their obligation to inform all homeowners that this will happen to their nice-looking eves/overhangs/soffits. more

I was perfectly satisfied with the work that the guys over at Interstate Roofing did for me recently. The guys that came out were very professional and you could tell that they knew what they were doing which was really nice. They did a very good job with every aspect done well and so I could not be happier. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. The price was right and the work was great, what more can you ask for? I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs some work done on their roof! more

I had three structures that needed re-roofing, some repair and new gutters. Dustin (Sales Rep) explained the estimate in detail regarding the materials and "roofing system" that was to be used. He also went into detail about the specifics of what Interstate would provide in the way of scheduling, workmanship, project supervision, clean up and warrenty. As promised, materials and dumpster were delivered as scheduled. The roofing crew showed up the next day and went to work. They were polite, efficient and fast. The forman answered all my questions. Gutters were scheduled for about a week after the roof was completed. Again, the crew showed up on time and did a great job. As far as site cleanup goes, I couldn't even tell anyone had been doing any work on my house after they left. Impressive considering a tear-off and re-roof of three buildings. There was a "glitch", not due to any workmanship but a material issue, in one part of the roofing project. This was resolved to my complete satisfaction. End result, my three roofs and gutters all look great. Price was reasonable. I'm very pleased with the crews, the office staff, the materials used and the overall job Interstate has done. We recently had the guys over at Interstate Roofing put in new gutters for us as well as do some roof maintenance and they did a great job. These guys are seriously great. They were right on time and were very courteous which was a huge plus for me. They got right to work and did their work in a very quick and efficient way so that it did not take them long to finish. They did all the work I needed for a really great price so I honestly could not be happier. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs some roofing done or needs some roofing maintenance! more

Interstate Roofing did the roof of our house and they were extremely efficient. They were both great, I think mark was one of the guy's name, he was excellent but they were both very professional. This is my first time having to get a roof so hopefully I don't have to get another one! But really, if I did, I would def use them again. more

Interstate Roofing repaired and replaced my roof after a tree fell onto our house and they executed it well. This was the first time we used them for personal roofing, but I've used them commercially in the past and I'm happy with the service they provide. They gave us a fair price and did what they said they were going to do. I like Interstate Roofing because they fix things properly and always do professional work, they're the best in the area! more

I had to re-roof part of the house and wound up waiting until the heavy rainy season in December and Interstate Roofing took care of everything so there weren't any leaks. So they did good considering the circumstances. I was quite happy with the results. more

The work was limited to a skylight replacement, so I would have limited basis for experience. more
