I Googled gyms in 11216 (BedStuy ) and its not a gym but a company that provides fitness services- they can teach classes, send a trainer, help you plan your meals - so I tried them out. They sent a trainer to a gym i found on Nostrand and st Marks that is basic but clean. The trainer asked a lot of good questions, had me sign a waiver, and set up some sessions. I could have joined the gym as well, but for now all I have to do is text that I want a session if I have not set it up already. so fat the trainer has me doing boxing drills, medicine ball and some weights. It cool that the trainer comes to you. This is a good service.
