She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

I went into Ihloff to purchase a gift card for my daughter. The young man who helped me was very professional, and when I asked him a question concerning services offered at an Ihloff salon in another city, he quickly got on the phone to find out the answer. more

I have been going to Stephanie Slanker for 20 years! She is a true professional and always seeks the best possible service. She is very interested in the training & performance of her assistants.It is clear that her first concern is customer service and satisfaction-that is not always the case in salon's. She always offers me products, but doesnt shove them down my throat or suggest things I dont need! She is a true gem....even though I no longer live in the Tulsa area, I still come to see her for my hair every 5 weeks! (my sister still comes up from Dallas) **I also get frequent massages from Jerry...he's awesome!!!!!!! more

I have had standing appointments for pedicures, hair appointments and massages for 3 years. Roxanne and Al are outstanding and give me great service. John Paul is hands down the best massage therapist I have experienced ever and I have had massages at some of the best spas in country. No one comes close to him and his technique. Don't ever lose him. I now have 3 friends and clients who see him and also think he is fabulous more

Whenever I step into the lobby at the Utica Square location, there is an excitement of the sense of smell & being greeted by more than one staff member. As one enters the "inner sanctum" of the salon & I immediately forget any anxiety/worries for the time spent there! more

I couldn't believe that my name was drawn for the free massage! I love getting massages at Ihloff, and this was my first hot stone massage. Jerry did a wonderful job, very professional and nice. Thank you! more

From the moment you arrive at Ihloff Salon, someone greets you, checks you in, and politely asks if you'd like something to drink. Every step of your visit at Ihloff is pleasant.
