I'm originally from Idaho and I took a design job in Brooklyn without knowing where I'd live or even where I would want to live in the city. If there wasn't for this company's hard work and knowledge of the areas they cover, my month-long search for my new apartment would probably have been a horrific ordeal. I have heard so much - none of it good - of local realtors' inconsistencies and schemes, and I was really apprehensive of what I may be geeting myself into. Jennifer from Ideal was amazing and worth every penny. She took me out four weekends in a row and didn't stop until she found me the perfect place. Her showings went from good to even better to excellent, and the LAST one of 12 apartments we saw was a winner. I still can't believe I'm here!!!! I think Citysearch has Ideal in wrong category here - this is a real estate agency (not sure if they do management). In any case, Renee from Ideal is a rare find. We enjoyed our time with her looking at 14 apartments in Park Slope. One apartment was more beautiful than the next. She really listened to what we needed, and delivered. Always reachable by email and returning our phone calls. We have decided to extend our current lease, but we'll be back to Renee in six months' time. She's the only one of the Park Slope brokers we really trust after our month-long and quite frustrating search. We only wished we found her right away. more

My fiance and I can not speak highly enough of the realtor team at Ideal and their efforts to not only find us the right apartment, but also to get us moved in before October 1 (we started looking at spaces with Ideal's agent Andrew on September 27). We had a wonderful experience working with Andrew, and what surely would have been a very stressful process was made simpler and more enjoyable because he took the time to walk us through every step. Andrew was more than happy to make himself available when we wanted to show the place to our extended family, and he was always a quick and prompt email away when we had questions. Just moved back to Brooklyn from Atlanta GA!!!! I looooooooooooovvveeeee living in Park Slope!!!!!!!!! It took about ten days of intense searching, with Ideal and about seven other agencies in the area, and Ideal came through on every level! They found me a perfect place, charged me as small a fee as possible, negotiated a 2-year lease..... Great realtor. more
