Took my Toshiba notebook to ITX Computer Repair in Philadelphia last month as it was acting squirrely - figured it has some virus issue and I needed to have it fixed ASAP. The other places I called said it would take 2-3 days, but ITX was able to look at it that same day and had it fixed before closing. I'm not usually one of those people that expects same day service, but I work from home and all my work is done on my laptop - I cannot afford to be without - and here, they understand that. Very good service, very little downtown time while waiting for repairs.
