Tad and founder, Bob Berg, are conscientious and each focuses on what needs repairing and what doesn't. They send reminders when service should be scheduled and finished the jobs when they said they would. I heartily endorse them to anyone who wants to keep their cars running. more

I dropped off my Cooper S to have summer tires and wheels installed and Tad called and informed me that Tire Rack had installed the wrong tire sensors on the wheels. Before I could say anything, he informed me that he has already talked with them and the new sensors were on the way. Points for both parties on that one. Excellent service more

HWM took care of our Volvos when I grew up and they are the only people who touch mine now. They consulted with me when I wanted to buy a used V70 and their vast knowledge of models and their quirks resulted in them steering me toward an excellent model (2002 V70). Under their careful care, I'm at 95k miles with no end in sight. Can't say enough about their outstanding service and integrity. more

If I stop by with a little issue they will stop what they are doing and come out to look at my issue and have often fixed that little thing while I'm there and for free. more

There are not enough good things that I can say about doing business at Hubbard Woods Motors. I flat out love being their customer. They are fair, honorable, articulate and they trust me as a customer. I live a distance South of the shop, and I work downtown, so I typically pick up a loaner car after hours, drop my car off, talk to Tad (or someone) the next day, and then bring their loaner back after hours, pick up my car and off I go. It's an utterly magnificent thing for someone who, like me, is busy (it is 7:15pm on a Friday nigth right now & I'm typing this from my downtown office). But this last servcie took the cake. This time I picked up my car ($1250 repair bill) and they hadn't even taken my credit card number! I simply called the shop the next morning and read them my card number. I mean who does that? They treat me with the utmost respect. And I love it. more

They simple do things right and because of the way they conduct business, they develop customers for life. I love that I never need to question or second guess their advice because I know they have my best interest in mind. more

With Hubbard Woods on my side, I know I can keep my car running for thousands of miles to come. I can not praise this business more highly. I find everyone--and I mean EVERYONE--at Hubbard Woods Motors to be polite, pleasant to talk to, honest, and ethical, on top of the fact that they always repair my car quickly and effectively. The fact that they are located within walking distance of the Metra, so I can drop my car off and take the train home, is icing on the cake.
