I dropped off my Cooper S to have summer tires and wheels installed and Tad called and informed me that Tire Rack had installed the wrong tire sensors on the wheels. Before I could say anything, he informed me that he has already talked with them and the new sensors were on the way. Points for both parties on that one. Fantastic customer service and the work preformed was outstanding!
