Review content:
There are not enough good things that I can say about doing business at Hubbard Woods Motors. I flat out love being their customer. They are fair, honorable, articulate and they trust me as a customer. I live a distance South of the shop, and I work downtown, so I typically pick up a loaner car after hours, drop my car off, talk to Tad (or someone) the next day, and then bring their loaner back after hours, pick up my car and off I go. It's an utterly magnificent thing for someone who, like me, is busy (it is 7:15pm on a Friday nigth right now & I'm typing this from my downtown office). But this last servcie took the cake. This time I picked up my car ($1250 repair bill) and they hadn't even taken my credit card number! I simply called the shop the next morning and read them my card number. I mean who does that? They treat me with the utmost respect. And I love it.
