I really appreciate the extra touches you give to your clients. The phone calls, the follow-up. The friendly faces. When I have called your office, I have always received a call back quickly and when I needed a person on site, you were always there. It has truly been a pleasure to work with all of you. I wanted to send a special thank you to you both and all your staff. I have enjoyed my stay at Golden Arrow. You and your company are professional and yet also have wonderful sense of humor which goes a long way when working to please both the owner and renter. I have been in both shoes and know it is not easy. Recently we had a refrigerator issue and Patrick and Charles showed up to remedy the situation for me. They went to a lot of trouble to help me and I greatly appreciate them for it. more

Horizon is an imporovement. 4/13/2011

As for their rates, they are honoring the discounted rate of my old manager and have actually improved on some of the services that I thought were lacking. I don't have a lot of experience with PM's but of the half dozen or so that I have dealt with, Horizon is an imporovement. more

Service & Integrity 3/18/2011

Service and Integrity: In my opion the service I received from Horizon Management was that from a by gone era when Service and Integrity was the norm. Horizon responded to each of my service calls promptly and sent a competant repair man who fixed each item correctly the first time. Not to mention they even showed up ontime. more

Outstanding 3/10/2011

I have had a very positive experience with this rental company over the past year. The minor maintenance issues for the house were resolved very quickly and correctly. The house had one major issue and the service I received to get it fix was outstanding. The repairs have lasted and the house is in great shape. Both the owners have acted very professional towards me. At the signing of lease, all of the paperwork was done quickly and thoroughly; I felt like they would do a lot to accommodate my requests. more
