I have had a very positive experience with this rental company over the past year. The minor maintenance issues for the house were resolved very quickly and correctly. The house had one major issue and the service I received to get it fix was outstanding. The repairs have lasted and the house is in great shape. Both the owners have acted very professional towards me. At the signing of lease, all of the paperwork was done quickly and thoroughly; I felt like they would do a lot to accommodate my requests.
