Honest and no drama 12/27/2010

I got a Honda Fit a few days ago at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. My salesman, Howie Te, was great. I told him that I hate pushy salesmen and appreciate honesty, and he was totally straightforward and respectful the entire time. Hooray for salesmen that listen! I hadn't even been planning to buy the car that day, just test drive one. But they had exactly what I was looking for on the lot, and I'm really happy with what I paid. And goodness gracious, do I love this Fit! Fantastic car. I'm making up reasons to drive places just so I can spend more time in it. Thanks, Howie! more

car sales 12/22/2010

Good: Went in not knowing if I would or could get a car and was nervous. Spoke with Al Uyeno (Al U for short), and he was both kind and positive!. Bad: There is nothing to dislike other than I would have liked to lease a CR-V but they don't do that. Otherwise everything was great.. Other: Got a 3 year lease and traded in my car for decent price. Great experience due to the salesman. more

I have been a Honda owner for over 25 years. 15 years ago I purchased my Honda there and have had my car serviced at Honda of Bellevue ever since. I absolutley loathe the thought of purchasing a car so I put it off for years! Even though it was a great experience there 15 years prior. This past weekend I purchased a Honda Accord EXL from Honda of Bellevue because I trusted them. It all started with their service team which is impeccable. The service team, knowing my personality after years of knowing me, paired my with Howie Te about 5 months before I purchased my car. Howie was kind, honest, gentle and very pleasant and fun to work with. We test drove and optioned 3 cars. In the end, what could have been a painful and frustrating experience was very easy. Working with Howie only reinforced my intuition that buying from Honda of Bellevue and purchasing another Honda was the right decision and fit for me. After 15 years, you feel like a part of the family and that is and has always been their focus. There sales team is outstanding. When I went back a few days later, most of the guys remembered me and said hello, making me feel like a person and friend rather than a pay check. Thank you Howie for helping me find the perfect car for me and for making it a great experience. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! I highly recommend Howie Te and Honda of Bellevue if you are looking for a new or used car. more

Amazing! 12/13/2010

I purchased a Honda Civic 15 years ago from Honda of Bellevue I could not have been happier then. Over the last 15 years I have had amazing service working with their service department. I have put off buying a new car because I loathe the process. Josh in service put me in touch with Howie Te. I am not someone who does well with being harrassed, pushed or will entertain the bargain game. Howie and the entire team were amazing. True professionals. Patient, answered all my questions, were willing to take all the time I needed to review my options and we optioned three different cars. In the end I purchased a Honda Accord EXL and could not be happier. Had it not been for Howie, I likly would not have purchased the car. I highly recommend Honda of Belleuve. more

Excellent Experience with no overwhelming push 11/23/2010

Excellent service from Denis from Honda of Bellevue. It was incredible how easy and smooth the negotiation went. The services rendered were AAA class. The end to end experience was very friendly and honest. I received all the requested advice. I visited several Honda car dealers. This was my second Honda and by far Denis over-exceeded my expectations. With no overwhelm or pressure I was happy to purchase from Honda of Kirkland. I had a great experience buying an Accord from Honda of Bellevue. I was in twice before making the purchase to look at different models and color schemes and also do some test drives, and the salesman (Maurice) who I met with was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I was ready to buy I contacted Steve Levigne of the E-Commerce division and he put me in touch with Dennis Ouellette, and when I came in they worked very hard to get me a good price on the Accord I was interested in. The financing was also very quick and easy and I drove out with my new Accord that night. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend Honda of Bellevue to anyone doing car shopping. I should also point out that I'm very happy with the car too. more

Fantastic Service 9/12/2010

Dear Al, I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I was with my experience at Bellevue Honda yesterday. I worked for Puget Sound Chrysler Plymouth Dodge's Warranty Department for several years, and have several brothers who have worked as Service Advisors at Renton Honda over the last fifteen years. I have seen my fair share of Service Advisors over the years, both good and bad. Typically, we work with Joshua who is good and kind, but Robby was filling in for Joshua yesterday because it was Joshua's day off. We had no idea what to expect when we met Robby. When we walked in, he was so happy and had such a great attitude before he even knew who we were. Robby is without a doubt, fantastic. His customer service skills are top notch, probably the best I have seen in years. My husband tends to be picky, demanding, and overall difficult to please. Robby handled him like a champ, and my husband left happy and impressed. This is quite a feat, and difficult to do. My husband asks lots of questions. Anytime Robby did not have the answer, he quickly found someone who did. He has a wonderful energy and demeanor. Robby deserves a raise, and I wish there were more like him in this industry. Words cannot express how impressive he makes your dealership look. Thanks for such a great experience that gives me one more reason to recommend Bellevue Honda, to friends and family. Thanks, M more

Good: Joy Jackson provided the best car purchasing experience my husband and I have ever had. She was knowledgeable on all the features on the Honda Pilot, extremely fair on price and listened to our needs. The purchase was incredible seemless and fast - amazing! We thought we were going to be there all day and our purchase was completed and we were ecstatic and out of there in a matter of hours!. Bad: The only thing we didn't like, is we talked to Joy early in the day and came in to purchase the Black Honda Pilot. When we got there, the dealership had sold the car already. Joy quickly navigated through our needs and the issue and was able to provide a solution before we could even get upset.. Other: We got the car of our dreams for our family - Honda Pilot - at a great price becuase Joy and Honda Bellevue was able read our needs and meet our needs on the spot!. more

excellent customer service 8/4/2010

My battery recently died on my Honda Civic and I typically go to the Honda dealership in Kirkland, but this Bellevue location is open late until 9pm. Cam was the customer rep that I talked to on the phone and even though I did not have an appointment, he was able to get me in that same night to have the battery replaced. He was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions carefully and thoroughly. We were out of the dealership in less than an hour with a new battery and a clean car (free carwash!). The location of the dealership is great too, so we were able to grab a bite to eat at the Factoria Mall, which is within walking distance, while we waited. We usually bring our car to the Kirkland dealership but now that we live in Bellevue, I will not hesitate to bring my car to this location. more

First Rate Service 8/4/2010

My family purchased a new Civic at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue last year and found the whole process a smooth and pleasant experience. We dealt specifically with Howie Te who was most professional and courteous; at no time did he resort to any high pressure sales pitch and all of our questions were answered in a straightforward manner. Having purchased a number of cars over the years I can say that dealing with Howie Te has made for the easiest transaction I've experienced with any auto dealership. I also own a second Honda which I've taken into Honda Auto Center of Bellevue's service department several times, receiving excellent service. Quotes for various types of service are always given up front in detail and the work completed within the stated timeframe. The service staff is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. more

A "Joy" to work with . . . GREAT! 7/30/2010

Salesperson Joy Jackson made my first-time new car deal easy. She worked with me, got me exactly what I wanted and made it a good experience. This dealership's level of customer service is equal to that of Nordstrom or a 4- or 5-star hotel. Joy made it seamless; I highly recommend her and the dealership. Simply great service 7/29/2010

I was not a Honda customer before I visited the Honda Auto Center in Bellevue. I owned a Ford and I was planning on buying a new Ford. However, after receiving bad service at the Ford garage I went to where they tried to pressure me to buy a new car and didn't show the respect to my family in the way I wanted, I started looking at alternatives. I didn't expect to buy a Honda as I never owned one before but I liked the look of the new Crosstour. Me and the family decided to come have a closer look at the Crossover. Every single experience at this Honda location was what I was hoping for. From how Carlos in sales treated us and how efficient and friendly he was to the sales manager who shared a long chat with me on the soccer world cup in my country of berth, South Africa. Carlos and the sales manager ensured that you not only gained a sale on Monday but gained a customer for life. We felt no pressure and they did everything they could to make this work for us - just simply great customer service who looked like they wanted a customer more than a sale. I have at least 2 more cars to buy over the next few years and they will both be from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue - and I'll be buying it from Carlos. Kudos to the Honda of Bellevue team for great service and making it work for us. And, I love our new Crosstour. I'm not even a "car guy" but fell in love with this one when I saw it. And so do my wife and kids. more

Used Car purchase from Bellevue Honda 7/21/2010

Honda Auto Center of Bellevue is the best auto dealership in Washington. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I keep coming back because the customer service is unmatched in the industry. I recently traded in the old family mini-van and purchased a newer used vehicle. I had a limited budget to work with but the Bellevue Honda Team found a way to make it work. Steve L. and Dennis O. were outstanding to work with and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Both Steve and Dennis put my needs first and made me feel welcome. To top it off, I experienced a mechanical glitch 4 days after buying the newer car. This could have been a nightmare if I purchased from a private-party or some other dealership but I didn't and Bellevue Honda once again demonstrated why I believe they are the #1 dealership in Washington. With a quick drop off and a few hours under the hood I was back on my way without any hassle or financial strain. Honda Auto Center of Bellevue does right by their customers. The majority of their employees have been there for years which tells me it must be a good place to work too. If you haven't given them a shot I highly recommend you stop by and give them a try for your next new/used purchase or service needs. Brad in Bellevue more

Buying experience 7/16/2010

Good: Post service. Often time a sales would not care after a sell contract is signed. Micol is different, our new mini van had some existing issues when we purchased and he did his best to resolve them all in timing manner.. Bad: Too many existing issues on the new mini van I bought.. Improvements: Better care of their on lot inventory.. Other: Micol Hoang Le is the sales we deal with, and he is the man to go to.. more
