I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I was with my experience at Bellevue Honda yesterday.
I worked for Puget Sound Chrysler Plymouth Dodge's Warranty Department for several years, and have several brothers who have worked as Service Advisors at Renton Honda over the last fifteen years. I have seen my fair share of Service Advisors over the years, both good and bad. Typically, we work with Joshua who is good and kind, but Robby was filling in for Joshua yesterday because it was Joshua's day off.
We had no idea what to expect when we met Robby. When we walked in, he was so happy and had such a great attitude before he even knew who we were. Robby is without a doubt, fantastic. His customer service skills are top notch, probably the best I have seen in years. My husband tends to be picky, demanding, and overall difficult to please. Robby handled him like a champ, and my husband left happy and impressed. This is quite a feat, and difficult to do. My husband asks lots of questions. Anytime Robby did not have the answer, he quickly found someone who did. He has a wonderful energy and demeanor. Robby deserves a raise, and I wish there were more like him in this industry. Words cannot express how impressive he makes your dealership look. Thanks for such a great experience that gives me one more reason to recommend Bellevue Honda, to friends and family.
