I was not a Honda customer before I visited the Honda Auto Center in Bellevue. I owned a Ford and I was planning on buying a new Ford. However, after receiving bad service at the Ford garage I went to where they tried to pressure me to buy a new car and didn't show the respect to my family in the way I wanted, I started looking at alternatives. I didn't expect to buy a Honda as I never owned one before but I liked the look of the new Crosstour. Me and the family decided to come have a closer look at the Crossover. Every single experience at this Honda location was what I was hoping for. From how Carlos in sales treated us and how efficient and friendly he was to the sales manager who shared a long chat with me on the soccer world cup in my country of berth, South Africa. Carlos and the sales manager ensured that you not only gained a sale on Monday but gained a customer for life. We felt no pressure and they did everything they could to make this work for us - just simply great customer service who looked like they wanted a customer more than a sale. I have at least 2 more cars to buy over the next few years and they will both be from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue - and I'll be buying it from Carlos. Kudos to the Honda of Bellevue team for great service and making it work for us. And, I love our new Crosstour. I'm not even a "car guy" but fell in love with this one when I saw it. And so do my wife and kids. more
