Jeannie showed me all of the ranges, range fans and dishwashers in the showroom. What I really wanted was the Frigidaire model because of the stainless steel has a special surface that's easier to keep clean. She got me exactly what I wanted and I'm happy! more

We won a Kitchen Aid Mixer during their open house this past fall. It was a beautiful machine but we had no need for it. We actually went out looking for refrigerators because ours broke down and everything was melting. We needed another one right then and couldn't wait for someone to deliver one or anything like that! We went to a bigger store first and were told they couldn't get the fridge delivered to us that day. We stopped into Hometown TV & Appliance on our way home. From reception upon entering the retail store through product introduction and available options, our service representative was knowledgeable and articulate. He clearly explained our available options concerning serviceability, price, shipment and related rebates. Delivery was "timely" as promised and the installation provided and "hookup" was seamless. I have no complaints at all about Hometown TV & Appliance. They did just fine. They delivered the appliance and the man took it out of the truck, hooked it and made sure it was working. He was nice, confident, and handled the machine by himself with no problem. Everything was checked carefully before he left. more

Sales person was right there to help us and explained the features of each stove. They delivered on time and explained how to care for the glass top and steam cleaning oven. My sisters and I have had a very positive experience with Hometown TV & Appliance over the years. We've dealt with them for over fifteen years. We have rental units, and we purchased appliances, such as stoves and refrigerators, through them. We've enjoyed their service. They are very helpful. We continue to use them, number one, because they are hometown based, and we like to support local industries if we can. Number two is we can always go back if we have any questions or problems. They're not like other businesses that come and go, and you don't have to go in and out of town to visit the store. We are hometown folk and they are Hometown appliance, so they meet our needs. I would recommend their service. You should go and talk to them about what your needs happen to be. You can compare prices, but I find them to be very competitive. Furthermore, they always have a little thing that can help. We bought an Energy Star from them, and we were able to get money back from PUD. We saved over a hundred dollars, because we had a couple months where we didn't have to pay PUD because we had credit. All we had to do was submit the receipt, which was accepted by PUD's energy efficient program. more

We are fortunate to have them in a very small town th in store sales person is very good at explaining the attributes of each appliance and able to answer all of my questions. The men who installed the appliance were professional and courteous and also answered any questiions I had. We recently putchased a Maytag Bravo top loading washer and dryer. We are very pleased with the performance, features and ease of operation. Hometown Appliance did a smooth job delivering the new set and instructing us on using it as well as removing our old washer and dryer. more
