Home Depot in Staten Island is extremely large, has everything you need, but has TERRIBLE customer service. The employees are all depressed and have a horrible attitude from working long hours in a warehouse type environment. I have noticed this attitude in stores with similar atmospheres such as Lowes and Costco. One time, we picked up the wrong item and wanted to simply exchange it for another one of the same price, and were made to stand on a terribly long line and get an attitude problem from the employee once we reached the front. If you are looking for good, helpful service in renovating/decorating your home, this is NOT the place. The prices, however, are good.
