Hollywood Signs & Graphics

Horrible communication and horrible customer service! I do a lot of business with a lot of different people and I take pride in customer service. After all, what would a business be without it's customers?! I usually bite my tongue and wouldn't throw anyone under the bus but I was so appalled with Hollywood Signs that I posted my bad experience on my Facebook page and had 23 comments from my social network that ALL had NEGATIVE experiences with Hollywood signs too. Sounds like some people have had some poor experiences here, so I wanted to show that there are always two sides to a story. I've been here twice to have two very different vehicles wrapped and they were fantastic and I'm very pleased with the results. They took my idea and really helped me develop it versus other companies that don't use their experience to help you along with the process. They didn't charge me for their redesign either. Good stuff. I'll be back! more

We have been in business going on seventeen years at our current location and are a very busy shop, which I feel reflects our attention to high quality products and excellent customer service. Horrible service and really poor quality! The review before me, is so accurate and right on! I wished that I would have see it prior to my experience with these guys. I have given this place two chances. the first time I went there the guy at the counter was rude and not helpful whatsoever. I figured maybe he was just having a bad day. I left and came back 2 week later. This time a different guy. They seemed pleasant after a 10 minite wait. I got someone to help me and the attitude was like I was disrupting what he was doing, but he continued to help me. I drew out the words and gave all info. He said, he would get back thru Email in 2 days. I waited 4 days and no Email or call. I called and he said it will be about another 3 because we are just too busy and they guy that would make your decal for your door of the car is swamped. I am an easy going and upbeat person I was not asking for a fancy detailed sign. I was asking for a few words with clipart and only( 2. )This seems like it should be an easy project. Well, my point: I will never ever go back and to anyone who is looking for nice people and good help.......Think Again about Hollywood signs in Gresham Or. more
