Horrible communication and horrible customer service! I do a lot of business with a lot of different people and I take pride in customer service. After all, what would a business be without it's customers?! I usually bite my tongue and wouldn't throw anyone under the bus but I was so appalled with Hollywood Signs that I posted my bad experience on my Facebook page and had 23 comments from my social network that ALL had NEGATIVE experiences with Hollywood signs too. That speaks volumes in our little community. Such a shame!\r
