Hollywood Car Wash

This has to be the worst car wash in New York, I have never received service as bad as this. And it's not just me anyone I know who went there had issues and now avoids this place like a plague. Do not buy anything from them either it's all overpriced junk and if you don't believe me there's an auto zone right across the street that has better quality products at reasonable prices just go look and compare. And if your not happy with the purchase auto zone will refund your money, this dump does NOT give refunds. And if you happen to be in this place prior to paying them for any kind of service just stay there for 10 minutes and see how they treat their customers and what the end result is of the cars they wash. There's a LOT of negative reviews about this place on different sites, take you money and business elsewhere so you don't have to be another victim of this terrible establishment. more

I have 4 kids and my car was a mess. These guys took the time to clean out all the candy, cheerios, and junk that my kids had strewn around my car. They cleaned and shampooed every inch of my car to as new condition. Would certainly recommend this place to friend, family or stranger. Worth every penny to have the job done right. more

Hollywood is hands down the best neighborhood car wash in Brooklyn. As soon as I get out of my car I'm always greeted by first name by the managers and workers there. I usually take the VIP special and the car comes out like new. The Oil Change is great as well. If you ask around, you can find a coupon for $24.95 to get an oil change including a Rain-X car wash. Super clean place, nice people...i give it A+ more

It was a first class operation and service. great place . the best.. cars washed amazingly clean on state of the art equipment.. Oil change service total pros.. I dont know what other two posts are talking about. probally competition crying.. your mechanic is probally lieing about oil in master .. and 10 w 30 protects more odysee honda wont ruin motor.. u guys need a clue more

I have always come since they have open But will Never go again Once they said oil was changed in one of my cars when i brought it to my mechanic He said it wasn't changed , I just let it go as a mistake But the last time i brought in my honda they put oil in my master cylinder which is for brake fluid Now i have a 300 repair job to do Do not go here. They also charge 54 bucks for an oil change on a toyota which is robbery more

I always came for oil change and always convinced to do more such as change air filter, transmission oil, rinse off engine coolant, and more. I always refuse the offer because I just came for oil change. Unfortunately, this time {07/11/2010} this service guy failed to convinced me to do anything, he pumped 10w-30 oil to my Honda Odyssey instead of 5w-20 which stated on the oil cap and his computer file. I did inform him but he continuously pumped in. I told him to get rid of that oil I have my own, and still pay for the service because this oil would damage my engine. In conclusion, Hollywood Car Wash is not honest, not trusty. If they failed to convince customers to get extra services, they would indirectly damage customer's one way or another like my case, which Hollywood Car Wash pumped 10w-30 oil which is not healthy for my Honda Odyssey which says on the oil cap ""5w-20."" more
