Wow! Maybe anonymous U585 should check into getting their friend or loved one moved to another WA Facility if they are that concerned, or call the State Abuse Hotline! They will come and investigate allegations of Resident mis-handling. Somehow I don't think they will find this really happened, although we are talking about REAL PEOPLE who can make mistakes. Every place has staff that can use more training, but I think they do the best they can with the money given to them for services. more

I would have to say this is the most unprofessional nursing home in Washington. I visited a patient there two days in a row. Each day I was there the staff dropped a patient. Workers were very unhelpful and careless with their jobs. Management is very unprofessional and dosen't want to deal with anything. A few suggestions for this place...major staffing restructuring is very much needed and/or further employee training. I did not like anything I saw from staff. However, their new remodeled building is looking nice. I think that's the only positive thing I saw. more

Highland Terrace Nusring Center in Camas, WA 4/13/2008

It is a pretty neat place, and nice staff! :) Sorry about that last review. I left my account on, and somehow it got hacked or something, but I've been to Highland Terrace with a choir group, and have had no bad experiences. Nice people ther and who work there! :) more
