Wow! Maybe anonymous U585 should check into getting their friend or loved one moved to another WA Facility if they are that concerned, or call the State Abuse Hotline! They will come and investigate allegations of Resident mis-handling. Somehow I don't think they will find this really happened, although we are talking about REAL PEOPLE who can make mistakes. Every place has staff that can use more training, but I think they do the best they can with the money given to them for services.
