We have been having issues with our sprinkler system for quite some time. To make matters worse, we have been trying to fix our system for quite some time. We have called the same company over and over again, to come out and continue regular service calls. Long story short, we have spent nearly $5,000 on repair work within the last 2 years. Don Hepp took the time to sit down with us and explain that we could have bought a new system for our yard for half that price. He also explained what the real issue was and that if we were dealing with a reputable company, they would have explained our issue (roots)! At the end of the day, Hepp Sprinkler was able to repair our system and we haven't had any issues to date. Additionally, he offered us a discount on a new system at an extremely reasonable price. What a great company! I just had Hepp Sprinkler install my sprinkler system and it has turned out to be amazing. not enough time or space to detail my dissatisfaction with HEPP.\r cheap materials - over priced for the materials and worrkmanship - labor untrained - poor supervision - and worst of all when the instalation failed IT WAS MY FAULT and they refused to correct it. Cost me another $500+ tyo correct his errors and I still have inferior PLASTIC! materials under my ground.\r \r Be very wary. more

One year ago my sprinkler system was working but one valve was stuck open. I called Hepp to repair it. The sent a worker who said they could not repair it and gave a $600 dollar estimate to replace the entire system and charged their minimum $65 to tell me this. Since I could not afford $600 I spent the entire season dragging the hose around to water. Recently, I had someone do a 20 minute repair to the sticky valve and all is well. Imagine my frustration with spending a whole season without the system. I called Mr. Hepp for a refund on last years call. He neither refunded the $ or apologized for the inconvenience his company cost me, nor did he thank me for giving him feedback on his service. He indicated to me that they do not do repairs which is why I called them. It seems that they only want to replace entire systems. My experience would not lead me to use or recommend this company for repairs or replacement. more

We've used Hepp Sprinkler Company for many years, unfortunately, their customer service and reliability have declined significantly during that time. We've had extreme difficulty working with their front office receptionist. Don't bother with the headaches and use another service at all costs!!!! more

I have had Hepp Sprinklers come out and winterize our system for years. I had them come out last year to see if they could fix the manifolds. Mr. Hepp came out and gave me an estimate. He discussed replacing most of the old system. I told him that I did not have the money at the time. He gave me a couple of tips on how I could fix it myself and save some money.
