One year ago my sprinkler system was working but one valve was stuck open. I called Hepp to repair it. The sent a worker who said they could not repair it and gave a $600 dollar estimate to replace the entire system and charged their minimum $65 to tell me this. Since I could not afford $600 I spent the entire season dragging the hose around to water. Recently, I had someone do a 20 minute repair to the sticky valve and all is well. Imagine my frustration with spending a whole season without the system. I called Mr. Hepp for a refund on last years call. He neither refunded the $ or apologized for the inconvenience his company cost me, nor did he thank me for giving him feedback on his service. He indicated to me that they do not do repairs which is why I called them. It seems that they only want to replace entire systems. My experience would not lead me to use or recommend this company for repairs or replacement.
