Lost Customers - Business does not stand behind work 9/22/2006

After severely shrinking a costly new pair of pants and a shirt, the family-run Heights Uptown Cleaners refused to take any responsibility for their work. Instead, of working to resolve this problem, it was announced to my wife and I that this simply could not have resulted from their cleaning. Cons: Shrunk clothes, poor customer service more
