It is so sad what has happended to our customer service. We use to hear, How can I make this right? Now we hear, Thats not my problem or There nothing I can do and my favorite, we lose business due to our actions and we gain business due to our actions. All I asked was to be compensated for their wrong doing. I asked for nothing more. I was told that ""It must be devasting for me, but there is nothing they can do!""
