Great Customer Service 4/10/2014

I always feel like I am at home when I come to Hancock's. Everyone is so nice and very approachable and they explain everything in detail to you. I was thinking about buying a car and they checked it out from top to bottom for me and thank goodness the car had no problems, but they charged me a reasonably rate to do this. Thank you and your team for everything. more

John at the front desk does a great job of getting your car checked in and making sure all is done right.
