My house was a rental for a number of years and I was totally frustrated with the heating and cooling. Then Gerald was sent to my house. He took the time to find the water and duct leakages! What a relief. What a nice CALM guy!! more

Most Grateful 5/9/2017

Brian visited late April and Phil visited today for my seasonal maintenance visit. On both visit the gentlemen got right to the business of what brought them to my home. They were cordial and professional during their visits. Both shared information to help me either how to maintain my system going forward and how to make my system more productive, saving money in the long run. I am so grateful for the information that was provided before the hot days find me in a situation that could easily lead me to make a hasty and unwise costly purchase. I would and will definitely refer others to Guy Smith - I'll use no other!! I trust this company with my AC needs. more

I have been doing business with Guy Smith for at least 20 years. They have always been courteous and professional. For the most part, they have always been able to provide same day service unless there was a part they had to order. I would high recommend them! more

Check Air Conditioning Unit 4/19/2017

I was thoroughly impressed with the young man that came to do maintenance (if applicable) on my air conditioning unit. He found two problems with the outside unit, hard start capacitor and dual capacitor. He had me go outside so he could show me the problem (excessive rust) on contacts and capacitor itself. I had him replace both. I would recommend Guy Smith Heating and Cooling to everyone. more

I have been with Guy Smith Heating and Cooling for over ten years. Their service is always exceptionally good and their technicians are very knowledgeable. The technicians always take time to service your units and are very proactive in letting you know what your unit needs before it fails. The price is always told to you upfront before you make any purchase. I haven't seen any of their employees have negative things to say. Always kind and courteous. The office people, technicians and owners exhibit a high quality of professionalism. When I needed a completely new unit I purchased it from Guy Smith Heating and Cooling. more

Always great service 3/22/2017

Mom had to go into assisted living and I was not familiar with her HVAC systems. I contacted Guy Smith and have been working with them for almost 2 years now. I felt comfortable and well taken care of from day one. Each of there techs is knowledgable and professional. Also, I received calls to update me if the service tech was running late or early. Mid Year Service Call for Air-Conditioner 3/22/2017

Service for us from Guy Smith Heating and Cooling has been awesome. Two years ago we called for service because of a serious water leak because of a frozen pipe near our unit they came right away within 30 minutes and repaired our pipes. We are very thankful for Guy Smith Heating and Cooling. We have a service contract with them and they call us when it is time to give service for heating and cooling. We had one of their top technical men, Gerald Kerneray service our unit on Tuesday and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the service he performed. We thanked his for his knowledge and professionalism. He is a great asset to company. more

I had to heat my down stairs using my fire place for four days. that guy smith guy Mr. Shaffer got our first floor heat working. No fire place tonight. Job well Done Thanks for excellent service. more

We have been customers of Guy Smith Heating and Cooling over ten years. Everyone they have sent us has always been professional, conscientious, and polite. They take their time to explain things and don't try to sell us on what we don't need. They have fixed things that needed fixing, told us when it didn't, and they follow up to make sure everything is working well. They do things right! more
