I have been with Guy Smith Heating and Cooling for over ten years. Their service is always exceptionally good and their technicians are very knowledgeable. The technicians always take time to service your units and are very proactive in letting you know what your unit needs before it fails. The price is always told to you upfront before you make any purchase.
I haven't seen any of their employees have negative things to say. Always kind and courteous. The office people, technicians and owners exhibit a high quality of professionalism. When I needed a completely new unit I purchased it from Guy Smith
Heating and Cooling.
