Service for us from Guy Smith Heating and Cooling has been awesome. Two years ago we called for service because of a serious water leak because of a frozen pipe near our unit they came right away within 30 minutes and repaired our pipes. We are very thankful for Guy Smith Heating and Cooling. We have a service contract with them and they call us when it is time to give service for heating and cooling. We had one of their top technical men, Gerald Kerneray service our unit on Tuesday and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the service he performed.
