They were very nice and did not pressure us at all.\r We went to some others and did not find anyone who knew the Malibu's, had a good selection or were as friendly as Gus Paulos was.\r \r We got pricing from all of them and Gus Paulos was the best price too. more

I've purchased alot of cars, but never before has a dealer been as honest as Gus Paulos. I went in to Paulos Chevy and test drove a used Chev truck. I am not the type of person to buy the first truck I look at so I went to a few other dealers. Everyone else (Seiner, Miller, Garff) put a ton of pressure on me, and were all priced considerably higher. I went back to Gus Paulos and at no point felt pressure to buy, and was treated in a fair and honest method. I strongly recommend Gus Paulos. more

My chev malibu was totoled, I f ound just the car I wanted to replace it with at gus paulos chevrolet . So as the salesman sugested I sent $300.00 to hold the car for 3 days. On the 2nd day I received a phone call from the manager of the used car lot,saying they had sold the car. I ask for my money back, by return mail I was told. To this day I have not received my cashiers check for $300.00 each day I call I'm told They just put it in the mail.\r I'm A 69 year old woman living on S.S. With out a automobile. I live 200 mi. from the used car lot I can't\r retrive the money my self.\r Would I ever deal with gus paulos chev. again? NEVER\r Would you??????\r \r \r more

Make sure you factor in their $195 dealer documentation fee before you make an offer. At least ask about it. I got blindsided with this after we had agreed on a price. They will not waive this fee or reduce it. The sales manager will get testy about it. Its a pure profit making fee. Look it up on the internet. They vary from around $50 to almost a $1000. Utah State law requires that dealers post this fee in their sales office. I didn't see it because we conducted negotions over the phone. We searched the SLC area (via the internet) to find the best price on a new Tahoe LT we planned on purchasing and wound up being won over by the charming and informative replys from Gus Paulos Chevrolets Internet Manager (Dave Aaron). He didnt have the exact Tahoe we wanted on the lot but offered and was able to quickly find the one we wanted on another lot and offered us a super price on it as well. We easily arranged everything through a couple of e-mails and phone calls and picked the truck up the next day, the entire transaction was accomplished without a glitch and without the bozo or exorbitant fees that you hear about all to often. My husband and I have since recommended Gus Paulos to couple of family members and friends and they have reportedly received the same exceptional and professional treatment as we did.
