When we walked in the door we were acknowledge. When we walked in the door at other dealerships they did not come up to us to see how they can help. Gus paulos has people come and open the door for you. Super neat and very important to me more

We bought a 2015 Silverado 3/4 ton. You did not have one exactly what we wanted one the lot, but your sale staff took the time to find what we wanted by using the dealer to dealer trade and installing a heated steering wheel. We pick the truck up today and looking forward to it. Thank you for all your help and great service. more

Joel is great, very helpful. Brought my car in for an oil change and minor repair. He called me tell let me know the status of my car, then he also let me know that my state inspection and emissions would need to be done within Oct but they could go ahead and do it now. It was great! Saved me another trip to the dealership. more

I did a lot of test driving and shopping prier to my purchase including test driving a Sonie at a different Chevrolet \r dealership. I was treated quite poorly by the other Chevy dealership but received exemplary service from the Gus Paulus team. l love my car and the service received from the dealership thus far. CJ is a great salesman and is very customer service oriented. more
