Not very friendly 6/17/2008

We were not happy with the service; it was our first time taking our puppy (our first dog) to the groomer and they did not take the time to explain anything to us. They seemed rushed and didn't seem to care about the dog at all. They said they would call when he was done in 4 to 5 hours and we had to call them after 5 hours. They also never explained why it took so long. I would not recommend for the money you pay for it. Pros: They offer a wide variety of services Cons: They don't have time for you more

Okay job. 4/4/2006

They did an alright job. I got the full grooming and I think the prices are reasonable. I did find that if you tell them you need to pick up your dog at a certain time they can get done a lot quicker. My puppy looked a little funny after they groomed him, but he seemed okay and I suppose the hair will grow out. PROS: price, friendly staff CONS: not the best job. more

They did a nice job. 11/7/2005

They ended up bathing and shaving my pomeranian. they did a nice job taking the time to discuss our options and were going to just give him a haircut, but called me later in the day and said they had to shave him. He ended up looking adorable and no worse for wear. more
