I simply cannot believe how seamless this experience has been. I called the phone number yesterday and received a reply call last evening. The locksmith from Greenpoint Key & Security had been doing a job in an area without cell phone service yesterday, and he was highly apologetic for not having gotten back to me sooner.
He made an appointment with me for this morning, and he was highly professional -- from calling to give me his actual time of arrival (he had a job before mine) -- to doing more than I'd asked him, at no additional cost. He wanted me to be pleased with his work, and so he went above and beyond the call of duty, all for an amazingly low price.
I had priced the same services (4 cylinders re-keyed) from another highly-rated locksmith, but Greenpoint Key & Security’s estimated was only 2/3 of the other company's. The locksmith was prompt, courteous, and very skilled. He had everything he needed with him, and he was here, start to finish, for under an hour.
If I ever need the services of a locksmith again, I will definitely call him. I strongly recommend Greenpoint Key & Security!
