After waiting 4-5 weeks for our bedroom set, it was finally delivered. Sadly, the Sears delivery folks were too lazy to take the merchandise upstairs. We paid for and were promised that the furniture would be delivered, un-boxed and set in place, the only thing they would not do would be to put the bed together. Well , all they did was deliver the furniture to the ground floor and did not un-box ANYTHING. I will never set foot in the great indoors again, I wish I could have left ZERO stars in the rating. Rooms-to go, Gallery and Sussan all delivered and assembled larger furniture then what these clowns had to deal with. Our salesman was great, everyone else sucked....
