This was the WORST and I mean THE WORST dental office I have EVER been to in my entire life!!! I had a coupon stating that for $59 I was entitled to exam, xray and cleaning if I hadnt been there before. There was nothing else on the coupon that said anything about restrictions.\r
When I called to make my appointment I made it clear that I needed a cleaning, and that I would be using the coupon that I printed out from online.\r
Upon arrival I gave my coupon to the lady at the front desk, she stated "ok you are getting xrays and an exam"; I then said "what about the cleaning? look at the coupon" She said "oh yeah, a cleaning too."\r
So I went in and they took x-rays and the doctor poked around at my teeth and said ok my assistant will be right back with you. They both left the room and the assistant came back with a paper saying they wanted $188 for a cleaning!!!!! Not to mention over $2500 of cavities to fill!
