love your products. hope your quality and integrity never change. only thing is add more style to your bedroom sets. the basics are great, but change is good too. but keep it solid wood..... you can get some design ideas from ashley or jcpenney. but overall i love my bedroom set. more

Manager offered to help me carry 4/29/2011

The service here was very accommodating. I had been caught in severe traffic on the way to pick up a few pieces of furniture and arrived after closing. The manager was kind enough to get my furniture and even offered to help me carry them. The furniture itself, two chairs and a center table, were ready on time as promised and in perfect condition. more

I am satisfied with the look and quality of the furniture 4/27/2011

I was looking for some furniture that I didn't have to assemble myself, and I felt like Gothic would be one step above Ikea. I spent a fair amount of time looking at their catalog and website before going to the store so I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for before I even stepped in the door. I came to this location on a weekend and there was a helpful woman (Greek?) who answered all my questions and let me take my time looking through the whole store. She was patient and knowledgeable and even helped me custom-design one piece. Delivery was not a problem. I am satisfied with the look and quality of the furniture I bought (a partial bedroom set). more

The delivery guy was the best I've ever had 4/6/2011

Ordering was easy. The people I spoke to on the phone were great. The delivery guy was the best I've ever had. Wish he delivered all my stuff. He carried up the table 3 flights of stairs, took it out of box put it together and took the box away all with a smile. THE best!! Plus I love the fold out table with the chairs inside - a must have for NYC living!! more

This type of furniture store manufactures pieces ready for sale as well as special orders made to one's custom needs. I've bought a custom-made bookshelf and a few stools ""off the rack"" and have been happy with the pieces. more

LOVE THIS STORE! i bought furniture for my verrrrrry small apartment. they have great storage ideas eg. the 12 drawer storage bed i bought. i also loved the fact that i got to choose what color stain i wanted on my bed. everything came out gorgeous. LOVES IT. more
