Aubrey and her team have been excellent to work with from GoldenWest Management. They follow up with us and keep us informed as to what is going on with our properties. It is very comforting to know that they have your back when you’re 2000 miles away! We interviewed three property managers and Aubrey was by far the most professional and attentive to our needs. more

Golden West has always had outstanding service. If there is ever an issue they respond quickly. I even sent a work order on a Sunday morning and someone called me within 2 hours to let me know they would be working on my issue first thing Monday. I have never had a problem with GWM! more

I’ve been very satisfied with the way that Monica and her team have been managing my property. I’ve owned a duplex in Tucson as an investment for 2 years. Prior to working with GWM, I had two previous property managers, but I was not satisfied with either of their services. Monica’s the first property manager for my property whom I have felt has understood the importance of managing expenses in order for my investment to be successful. In the time that I have worked with her she has also found a tenant for each unit of the duplex without the unit remaining vacant for more than a month. When one of the units was taking longer to rent than we would have hoped, she suggested two different marketing strategies to attract a renter. And within a week of implanting that strategy, the unit was rented.\r I feel very comfortable with her management of the unit, and feel that she is not just out to get a commission check but is genuinely interested in making sure that I have a successful investment.\r more

This company is awesome to rent from. I have been with them for six months now and my manager is great. Anytime I have needed anything he has gotten it done. They handle everything from the maintenance to your inspection so you don't have to jump through hoops. GoldenWest PM is an easy choice for anyone looking to rent in AZ. more

Certain things do come up from time to time with any property, but I rest assured they handle it with promptness and the professionalism I have come to expect. When we moved into our first place with GWM my leasing agent has always been so nice to me. We had a little problem with the apartment when we moved in but thanks to my leasing agent and her co-workers they got everything done and kept me informed with what was going on via email. The staff here is so friendly; they are willing to help with anything. When our lease was up I was not ready to end my relationship with GWM. After looking through the places they had listen we found a beautiful two story home. I would highly recommend everyone to rent from GYM. You will not find another company that will treat you like their first priority. more

When I called the office, I spoke to the leasing agent (who was very helpful) and I was able to obtain the lock box code to view the property I was interested in. Our leasing agent was very friendly when my spouse and I went into the office to sign the lease. She answered all our questions and was very thorough. Coming from someone who has worked in the customer service industry for 5 years, customers are the reason you all have employment and should be treated kindly. High five to GWM for being at the frontier of that relationship. I will recommend friends and family to GoldenWest Management if they are in need of their assistance. more

We had a management company before going over to Golden West and when we made that transition Golden West found many mistakes with our previous managers. Not only did they fix all the mistakes but they continuously keep us in the loop with everything going on. more

I finally had enough with spending so much time finding tenants, tracking down rent, making repairs, and so on. GoldenWest has given me excellent service for the money I pay them. For a small percentage of my rent income they take care of everything I had to do before and it's such a relief! more

I had always dreamed of owning homes across the country but unfortunately California is just too expensive still, so after I decided on Arizona I looked up Goldenwest Management. Ended up with a beautiful 4 unit place and it rented out for top dollar almost instantaneously! They were a saving grace- helped me along every step of the way. more

Trying to find a decent property management company can be difficult, especially when you live out of state, but as soon as we found Golden West we knew we were in good hands. Because of their hard work, we haven't had to fly out to Tucson in over a year- definitely a relief for a homeowner! We even feel confident enough investing in other states, knowing everything will be taken care of properly. more
