When I called the office, I spoke to the leasing agent (who was very helpful) and I was able to obtain the lock box code to view the property I was interested in. Our leasing agent was very friendly when my spouse and I went into the office to sign the lease. She answered all our questions and was very thorough. Coming from someone who has worked in the customer service industry for 5 years, customers are the reason you all have employment and should be treated kindly. High five to GWM for being at the frontier of that relationship. I will recommend friends and family to GoldenWest Management if they are in need of their assistance.
