Golden West Auto Body fixed the damage on my back bumper after being in an accident. It looks brand new since the work has been done. They fixed the brackets underneath the vehicle in addition to the cosmetic work and its working great now. Even better, the price was really low for the work that they did (even though my insurance covered it). more

It was very straightforward, not a super hard or complicated job they did. They just replaced the bumper cover, and it looks great. more

This is unfortunately the second or third time we've had to use Golden West Auto Body. They give very good quotes and do a good job with repairs. They will offer to do part of the repairs, let you come and check the progress and then decide if you would like them to finish it out. They are very flexible about that. They work quickly and we ended up having them finish the entire job. We are very happy with the results! more

I probably would have rated Golden West Auto Body higher, except for one issue, everything was great. I was rear ended and the insurance company referred them to me. They were courteous and their attitudes were great. The work and service they performed on my trunk and bumper was really good, and I think my bumper works even better than it did before which is really weird! They made good progress and got my car back to me promptly. However, they didn't tell me that they had dropped some hot molten metal in the trunk compartment which melted the carpet. It was only a small amount, like a couple of inches, and it's on the inside so aesthetics weren't an issue. But I worried about safety issues, that could have been a very dangerous situation. Also, they didn't offer to repair that, it would have probably cost them a few hundred dollars to make the repairs if they even could repair it, and I didn't ask them to repair it either. However, they did offer me a free detail job. I don't know if I'll take them up on that though. Overall, they were very polite and did great work with repairing the rear end of my car, and the actual trunk looks great, but I wasn't too happy with the burned carpet issue. more

Golden West Auto Body was recommended by a friend of mine and this was my first experience using them. They repaired the front-end of my brand-new car and the work they did was outstanding. I can't say enough about their work. You can't tell my car was ever in an accident. I would just recommend that customers stay in touch with their office as much as possible if you want information on the status of your car. Golden West Auto Body fixed the front end of my car after someone had hit it. They didn't fix a little dent in the door, and I don't know why they didn't fix that too because it was right there, but maybe I should have asked them to do it; I just figured they would. But their work was good! I've recommended Golden West a few times. I'm a returning customer too. About three or for years ago, my car got sideswiped on the free way. I was referred to Golden West Auto Body by another body shop person. They were able to address all my needs and get me a rental car. They also took care of all the insurance work. I really didn't have to do much. I just dropped of my car, they set me up with a rental, and then I picked it up when it was done. The car looks great. A couple of my friends saw it and said they did a very good job, so I am very satisfied with it. more

My experience with Golden West Auto Body was good. They took all the information they needed and explained to me everything that they were going to do. They were not sure how long it would take, but 3 days later they talked to me and told me when it would be done. Some of the parts weren't readily available. The whole experience was good. It was very positive. There are a couple of little things that I still need to take back to them, but they are very small details. I have just been so busy I haven't been able to do it. Basically a couple of little rubbers on the hood need to be fastened. It won't take much time. The car looks excellent. It is very nice. It is very well put back together, and all the parts appear to be very solid. At this point there is no difference between the way it was before and how it is now. more

My vehicle was seriously hit 2 or 3 months ago, and then I had this incident. I had such a great experience the first time with Golden West Auto Body, I went back to them. They went above and beyond for me. It was such a quick turnaround, and they were very flexible. When the rental car company wasn't there on time, they actually took me to go pick a car up. They have great customer service. The work was great too; they cleaned out my car. Very customer oriented. more
