Excellent cleaners with great customer service 1/6/2010

When I moved to Brooklyn, I was looking for a good dry cleaners. Golden Touch was recommended to me by a friend, who has been a loyal customer of theirs for years. I was not disappointed. They are very friendly and attentive. I've never had a problem with any of my clothes, which are always clean and ready when I come to get them. If you're in the area, check them out. Avoid at all Costs! 8/21/2006

This place charged me an arm and a leg to take-in a suit dress and then they had the nerve to refuse to fix the dress (even if I paid them) when I found that the work they had done to it created extra folds of fabric on the front and back of the dress to the point I can no longer wear it. Do not bring your clothes to this cleaners! They over charge and have zero customer service. I have never been to a tailor who would not fix their work, regardless of the payment issue, when the customer is unhappy (especially when there are fistfulls of fabric left over making the dress look like a maternity outfit). There are plenty of other cleaners in town so do yourself a favor, find another one. more
